I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following rental agreement terms and conditions:
Conditions:-The bikes are rented out clean and in proper working condition and must be returned in the same manner. இரு சக்கர வாகனம் நல்ல இயங்கும் நிலையில் வாடகைக்கு விடப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதே நிலையிலேயே வாடகைதாரர் திருப்பி தர வேண்டும்
Bikes are maintained on a daily basis. It is the responsibility of the client to check the bike at the store BEFORE setting out on any ride.
இரு சக்கர வாகனம் தினமும் முறையாக பராமரிக்கப்படுகிறது. வாடகைதாரர் இருசக்கர வாகனத்தை வாடகைக்கு எடுப்பதற்கு முன்னர் அதை பரிசோதித்து எடுக்க வேண்டிய பொறுப்பு அவரையே சாரும்.
Helmets are included in the rental, and are requires to be worn at all times while riding bikes rented from Relax Rent Bikes If a renter is seen riding the rental bikes without a helmet, immediately they have to return the bike with no refund. The renter is solely liable to pay the penalty/fine imposed by the police for riding vehicle without helmet or for any other breach of traffic rules.
இரு சக்கர வாகனம் வாடகைக்கு எடுக்கும் போது தலைக்கவசம் உரிமையாளர் நிறுவனத்தால் வழங்கப்படும். அதை இரு சக்கரவாகனம் ஓட்டுபவர் கட்டாயம் அணியவேண்டும். தலைகவசம் அணியாமல் வாடகைதாரர் இருசக்கர வாகனத்தை ஒட்டுவதை உரிமையாளர் நிர்வாகம் கண்டு கொண்டால், அந்த இருசக்கர வாகனத்தை வாடகைதாரர் உடனடியாக திருப்பிக்கொடுக்க வேண்டும். மேலும் கட்டிய பணத்தை இழந்துவிட வேண்டியது. மேலும் வாடகைதாரர் தலைக்கவசம் அணிவதும் சாலை விதிகளை பின்பற்றுவதும் அவசியம் ஆகும். தவறும் பட்சத்தில் போலீசார் கேட்கும் அபராதத் தொகை வாடகைதாரர்தான் ஏற்க வேண்டும்.
The Renter should have completed 21 years of age for riding an ordinary Bike and for riding Super Bikes, the Renter should have completed 23 years of age and should possess a valid Driving Licence. For international clients, they should possess the original Driving License in addition driving permits if necessary.
இருசக்கர வாகனத்தை வாடகைக்கு எடுப்பவர்கள் 21 வயது நிறைந்தவராக இருத்தல் வேண்டும் மேலும் சூப்பர் பைக்குகள் ஓட்டுவதற்கு 23 வயது நிறைந்தவராக இருத்தல் வேண்டும், மேலும் ஓட்டுநர் உரிமம் வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும். சர்வதேச வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு அசல் ஓட்டுநர் உரிமத்துடன் கூடுதலாக சர்வதேச டிரைவிங் அவசியம் என்றால் இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.
The Renter is liable to pay all the Interstate Tax, Parking Charges, Traffic Penalty.
அனைத்து உள்நாட்டு வரி, பார்க்கிங் கட்டணம், போக்குவரத்து அபராதம் முதலியனவற்றை வாடகைதாரரே செலுத்த வேண்டும்.
The Renter is liable to fill fuel for the Bikes at his own expenses and however the bike will be given with minimum fuel to fill in the nearest Bunk while rented.
வாடகைதாரர் இருசக்கர வாகனத்துக்கான எரிபொருளை தனது சொந்த செலவில் நிரப்பி கொள்ள வேண்டும். இருப்பினும் அனைத்து இருசக்கர வாகனத்துக்கும் பெட்ரோல் நிலையம் அடையப் போதுமான எரிபொருள் இருக்கும்.
Renter agrees to return the bike in clean, UNDAMAGED condition to avoid any ADDITIONAL charges for repair, maintenance or replacement. Renter accepts use of the equipment, AS IS, in good condition and accepts full responsibility for care of the equipment while under his/her possession.
வாடகைதாரர் இருசக்கர வாகனத்தை சுத்தமாகவும், சேதமடையாத நிலையில் வைத்திருத்தல் வேண்டும். வாடகைதாரர் இருசக்கர வாகன உபகரணங்களை தற்போது உள்ள நல்ல நிலையிலேயே பயன்படுத்த ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறார். மேலும் வாகனத்துக்கான உபகரணங்களை பாதுக்காக்க முழு பொறுப்பேற்று கொள்கிறார்.
Damaged parts or components will be repaired/replaced at the owner’s discretion and renter agrees to pay regular shop rates and retail prices for components replaced. Clean condition means normal wear and tear is accepted but does not include broken spokes, rims, bent rims, damaged frames, handlebars, torn seats or other parts from misuse and/or crashes. Note: All bikes should be returned clean of mud and debris. Any bike not returned clean will be assessed a 1 hour additional fee. Hourly and Daily rentals are due back 15 minutes before closing time. Late returns are subject to fees.
பழுது ஏற்பட்ட உபகரணங்களை சரி செய்யவோ/மாற்றவோ உரிமையாளருக்கு மட்டுமே உரிமையுண்டு. உபகரணங்களுக்கான சந்தை விலை மற்றும் சில்லரை விலையை கொடுக்க வாடகைதாரர் ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறார். சுத்தமில்லாமல் திருப்பிக் கொடுக்கப்பட்ட இருசக்கர வாகனம் 1 மணி நேரத்துக்கான கூடுதல் கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கப்படும். வாடகைதாரர் வாகனத்தை குறிப்பிட்ட நேரத்துக்கு 15 நிமிடம் முன்கூட்டியே வாகனத்தை ஒப்படைக்க வேண்டும். காலதாமதாக கொடுக்கப்படும் வாகனத்துக்கு கூடுதல் கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கப்படும்.
If any Technical Problem arise for the bike outside the Coimbatore city Limit, the renter call the Help Line No:758-000-444-0. The Owner will give the Replacement Vehicle if necessary. And if the renter feels that it is preferable to make repair in the nearest, can make such repairs with the permission of the Owner
கோயமுத்தூர் மாநகர் எல்லைக்கு வெளியே வாகனத்தை இயக்கும் போது பழுது ஏற்பட்டால், வாடகைதாரர் உரிமையாளர் நிறுவனத்தின் உதவி எண்.:758-000-444-0 என்ற எண்ணை அழைக்கலாம். மாற்று வாகனம் வழங்க வேண்டியிருந்தால் உரிமையாளர் நிர்வாகம் வாடகைத்தாரருக்கு வழங்கும். வாடகைதாரர் அருகிலேயே பழுது பார்ப்பது சிறந்தது எனக் கருதினால், உரிமையாளர் நிறுவனத்தின் ஒப்புதல் பெற்று வாடகைதாரர் சரிசெய்து கொள்ளலாம்.
If the concerned Vehicle is taken up for maintenance in the city limits, another Bike will be given.
கோயமுத்தூர் மாநகர் எல்லைக்குள் பராமரிப்புக்காக இருசக்கர வாகனம் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்பட்டால் வேறு ஒரு மாற்று வாகனம் வாடகைதாரருக்கு வழங்கப்படும்.
If the renter returns back the bike without fuel, the Owner has the right to deduct the difference amount from the advance amount paid by the renter by giving prior information.
வாடகைதாரர் எரிபொருள் இல்லாமல் இருசக்கர வாகனத்தை திருப்பிக் கொடுத்தால், இருசக்கர வாகனம் வாடகைக்கு விடப்பட்ட நேரத்தில் வழங்கப்பட்ட முன்பணத்தில் இருந்து எரிபொருளுக்கான தொகையினை கழிக்க உரிமையாளர் நிர்வாகத்திற்கு அதிகாரம் உள்ளது. வாடகைதாரர் கணக்கிலிருந்து தொகையினை கழிக்கும் முன்பு அழைப்பு அல்லது மின்னஞ்சல் மூலமாக தகவல் தெரிவிக்கப்படுவார்கள்.
The Owner Company has every right to deny the Vehicle for ineligible person. The Owner Company has every right to change the terms and conditions at any time. The Renter should not rent the vehicle to any person and if he does so, any damage happened would be compensated by the Renter.
தகுதியற்ற நபருக்கு வாகனத்தை மறுக்கும் உரிமை நிர்வாகத்திற்கு உண்டு. எந்த நேரத்திலும் விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகளை மாற்றுவதற்கான உரிமை நிர்வாகத்திற்கு உள்ளது. இருசக்கர வாகனத்தை வாடகைக்கு எடுத்தவர் அதனை வேறு ஒருவருக்கு வாடகைக்கு விடக்கூடாது, அப்படி வாடகைக்கு விட்டிருந்தால், அதனால் ஏற்படும் சகலவிதமான நஷ்டங்களுக்கு வாடகைதாரர் முழு பொறுப்பு ஏற்க வேண்டியது வரும்.
The Renter should not drink and drive the vehicle and should not use the bike for illegal and unlawful purpose and if the vehicle is used for unlawful and illegal purpose, the Owner cannot be held liable for the illegal activities and Renter should hold all responsibility.
வாடகைதாரர் வாகனத்தை குடித்து விட்டு ஓட்டக்கூடாது. மேலும் வாகனத்தை சட்டவிரோதமான செயல்களுக்கு உட்படுத்தக்கூடாது. அப்படி உட்படுத்தினால், வாடகைதாரர் அதற்கு முழு பொறுப்பாவார். உரிமையாளர் நிர்வாகம் அதற்கு பொறுபேற்காது.
The conditions for Reservation of the Two Wheeler
முன் பதிவிற்கான விதிமுறைகள்
1. The Renter should inform atleast one hour before taking rent of the Bike. The Rent/Charges for the Vehicle shall be day basis or hour’s basis.
வாடகைதாரர் வாகனத்தை வாடகைக்கு எடுப்பதற்கு குறைந்தது ஒரு மணி நேரத்துக்கு முன்பாக முன் பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும். மேலும் வாகனத்துக்கான வாடகை நாள் கணக்காகவும், மணிநேர கணக்காகவும் இருக்கலாம்.
2. There is no specific limit of travel. The Renter shall travel to any distance. வாகனத்தை ஓட்டுவதற்கு குறிப்பிட்ட தூரம் என்ற வரையறையில்லை. வாடகைதாரர் வாகனத்தை எவ்வளவு தூரம் வேண்டுமானலும் ஓட்டிக்கொள்ளலாம்.
3. The Renter should inform about the delivery of the vehicle atleast two hours before the delivery of the vehicle to the Owner.
வாகனத்தை திருப்பி செலுத்தும் நேரத்தை 2 மணி நேரத்துக்கு முன்னதாகவே வண்டியை திரும்பச் செலுத்தும் நேரத்தை உரிமையாளர் நிர்வாகத்திற்கு தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும்.
4. If the Renter did not inform about the delivery of the vehicle and use the same for further hours, the tariff collected will be double the actual amount.
வாடகைதாரர் 2 மணி நேரத்துக்கு முன்னதாக திரும்பச் செலுத்தும் நேரத்தை உரிமையாளர் நிர்வாகத்திடம் தெரிவிக்காமல் கூடுதல் நேரத்துக்கு வாகனத்தை பயன்படுத்தினால் இயல்பான கட்டணம் இருமடங்காக வசூலிக்கப்படும்.
5.The Renter should take the Vehicle for Rent from the Coimbatore office and to return the rented Vehicle in the Coimbatore Office.
வாடகைதாரர் வாகனத்தை கோவை அலுவலகத்தில் வாடகைக்கு எடுத்து கோவை அலுவலகத்திலேயே திரும்ப ஒப்படைக்க வேண்டும்.
1. The Owner will hand over the Registration Papers, Permission Letter, and Insurance Paper to the Renter.
உரிமையாளர் நிறுவனம் வாடகைதாரருக்கு வாடகை பதிவு காகதிம், அனுமதிப்பத்திரம், காப்பீடு காகிதம் ஆகியவற்றை வாடகைதாரருக்கு வழங்குவார்.
2.If any accident happens or any damage caused to the Vehicle, the Renter is liable to pay the charges from the date of vehicle taken for rent from the date of estimation of charges given by the Mechanic or estimated by the Insurance Company and the Owner will collect the charges whichever is higher
வாடகைக்கு எடுத்த வாகனம் விபத்து ஏற்பட்டாலோ, வாகனத்துக்கு வெளிப்புறமாய் சேதம் ஏற்பட்டாலோ, வாடகைதாரர் வண்டியை வாடகைக்கு எடுத்த தேதியிலிருந்து ஒர்க்ஷாப் தெரிவிக்கும் தோராயமாண செலவுகள் அல்லது காப்பீட்டு நிறுவனம் மதிப்பீடு செய்யும் செலவு இதில் எது அதிகமாக உள்ளதோ அது வசூலிக்கப்படும்.
3 For small damages caused to the vehicle, the charges specified by the Owner will be collected.
வாகனத்துக்கு ஏற்படும் சிறு சேதங்களுக்கு, உரிமையாளர் நிர்வாகத்தின் நிர்வாக குழு தீர்மானிக்கும் கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கப்படும்
4. The Renter is liable to pay the full charges for the under mentioned damaged.
வாடகைதாரர் கீழே உள்ள சூழ்நிலைகளில் முழுமையான சேத கட்டணங்கள் செலுத்த கடமைப்பட்டவர் ஆவார்.
1.If the Renter found drunken alcohol or consumed any drugs
வாடகைதாரர் வாகனம் ஓட்டும்போது மதுபானம் மற்றும் போதை பொருட்கள் அருந்தியிருப்பது கண்டறியப்பட்டால்
2.If the Renter drives the vehicle in over speed and accident happen.
வாடகைதாரர் அதிக வேகத்துடன் பயணம் செய்து விபத்து ஏற்பட்டால்.
3. 3. If the Renter conducts breach of Traffic Rules or Motor Vehicles Act.
வாடகைதாரர் போக்குவரத்து விதிகள் அல்லது மோட்டார் வாகன் சட்டத்தை மீறும் போது.
4. The Number of Persons is more than 2 travelled in the Vehicle when the incident happens.
சம்பவ நடந்த நேரத்தில் வாகனத்தில் இருந்தவர்களின் எண்ணிகையானது 2 நபர்களுக்கு மேற்பட்டு இருந்தால்.
5.While driving the Rented Vehicle, if the damages regularly happened is caused due to abnormal condition
வாடகைதாரர் வாடகை வாகனத்தை ஓட்டும் போது தொடர்ந்து ஏற்படும் சேதங்கள் அசாதாரண முறையில் நடந்து கொண்டிருக்கும்
Any claim or dispute with regard to above agreement will be within the Local Jurisdiction of Coimbatore Courts only
வாடகைதாரர் நிர்வாகம் மீது சட்டப்படியான பிரச்சனையை கோயமுத்தூர் எல்லைக்கு உட்பட்ட நீதிமன்றம் மூலம் மட்டுமே தீர்த்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
Customer agrees to provide Relax Rent Bikes with credit card details, for precautionary use only: I authorize Relax Rent Bikes to charge the credit card they have on file for me for all eventual costs in case of damages to the bicycle(s) during my rental period, comprehensive of labor, except in the case that I can demonstrate other’s faults with evidence and all necessary information for reimbursement. In case of theft, I will be responsible for reimbursing Relax Rent Bikes for the original price of the bicycle(s), plus the cost of any accessories that were provided at the time of the bike rental.
